Welcome to my page all about me. Here I will share my story, achievements and allow you an insight into why I live my life the way I do. Read on to learn what health and fitness means to me and hopefully it will inspire you to join me and become your best self! 

Who am I?

I'm Sam, a fitness coach and all round fitness freak! I've been training for as long as I can remember and have always wanted to take it a step further by helping others achieve their fitness goals. I love to look at health and fitness with an open mind and always try to discover new ways of training, eating, recovering as well as so much more. I have experimented with many different approaches to fitness to find what works best for me and now I want to help you find what works for you too. Whether you're just browsing through my free workouts and articles or looking to jump on board with my structured programs, there really is something for everyone here. Let's make your fitness dreams come true! 

My Journey, so far...

I am always pushing myself to learn more and challenge myself to experiment with different aspects of fitness, this is just the start of my journey. There is plenty more to come from me...

My fitness journey began back in secondary school. I was always into sports both playing and watching however it wasn't until we ended up going to the gym for a P.E lesson that I discovered my passion for the weight room and fitness as a whole. For the next couple of years I trained from my bedroom with a weight set I brought and done as much research into training and nutrition as humanly possible. After finishing school I decided to head to college on a sports and exercise science course to further my knowledge and gain some qualifications along the way. It was whilst at college that I finally plucked up the courage to join my first gym and that simply ignited my passion even more. I left college with a Distinction star grade as well as qualifications in fitness instructing and circuit training just to name a few. I am currently working on my personal training qualification and working hard to come up with new fitness adventures and challenges for the near future. I have created this website in the hopes of building some form of community around my love for fitness and health and to share with you my journey, as well as help coach likeminded individuals looking to join me in becoming their best selves and embark on this incredible adventure into the world of fitness alongside me.
